Text Message Terms

The Bicycle Doctor, LLC sends text messages about your bicycle service to customers who agree to receive them.

What we text

Pickup and return reminders, estimates ready for your approval, when your bicycle is ready (with a payment link), and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts.

How you agree

When you book a pickup, our booking form asks "Can we text you about your booking, estimate and bike pickup?", and you answer Yes or No. You can also tell us in person. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service; if you answer No, we contact you by email.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically a few messages for each service visit. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; we will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email service@bicycledoc.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and your agreement to receive texts are never shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
