After more than 30 years in business, The Bicycle Doctor has evolved into a highly specialized bicycle service workshop focused on comprehensive service, custom builds, and precision craftsmanship for road and mountain bikes.
We are no longer a traditional retail bicycle shop. There is no public storefront, walk-in service counter, or quick-repair queue. Instead, all service is performed by appointment, with scheduled pickup and delivery.
We intentionally accept only a limited number of bicycles each week so that every bike receives the time, attention, and workmanship it deserves.
Our Service Model
The Bicycle Doctor specializes in comprehensive bicycle service rather than individual minor repairs.
Standalone services such as tube or tire changes, flat repairs, basic adjustments, and other small à-la-carte repairs are not offered unless they are part of a scheduled service package or larger repair.
Our service is also intended for quality road and mountain bicycles where comprehensive professional service makes practical sense. We do not service department-store or mass-market bicycles.
This focused approach allows us to spend our time doing what we do best: thoroughly evaluating, servicing, rebuilding, and perfecting each bicycle entrusted to us.

Your bicycle is picked up, professionally serviced, and returned to your door—all by appointment. Serving Roswell, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Marietta, and surrounding communities.

We have stepped away from high-volume retail and walk-in repairs to focus on quality over quantity. Each appointment is reserved for comprehensive work performed with the time and attention necessary to do it properly.
That means fewer bicycles, more individual attention, and no pressure to rush a repair simply to move the next bike through the service queue.
All repairs and services are scheduled in advance and fulfilled through our pickup and delivery service.
