I think I was one of Scott's first customers at his store in Norcross. I had just retired retired and decided I would rebuild my Peugeot PR10 that I had purchased new in 1973. Got to work and found there were some strange differences with this French bike that required some special knowledge and tools. Took the bike to one shop, then another. The general answer was; "we don't work on French bikes!" That's when I found Scott. Scott put me through a quicky education on Peugeots; reverse threads, special tool for cassettes. He later assisted me with other bikes I bought for rebuilding. Scott also helped me with an early Surly Long Haul Trucker frame, helping me select the components I needed, quality but reasonably priced.Don't ride much anymore except in my dreams. I'm 82 years and balance isn't great. Scott's people recently boxed up my next to last bike, a cherry 1986 Panasonic DX5000 and shipped it to it's new caretaker in upstate NY.Anyhow, if Scott hadn't given me a leg up, I might have gone to my second after retirement hobby, Kayaking, and drowned in the first year. Thanks, Scott!

Great customer service we got here because somebody recommended us this place. Joe assisted us with our bike. He was a Pro, patient and respectful. He took it in right away and told us what we needed. He change the part that was broken in the front wheel in seconds. He recommended a tune up however we were in a hurry and couldn’t leave the bike. We will definitely come back. You can never go wrong in this store.
