Performed a Precision Service to inspect the bike, make needed adjustments, and check that its systems were working together properly.
Replaced the tire with a 27.5 x 2.60 Schwalbe Pick-Up tire featuring Super Defense protection and a reflective sidewall. The bike now has a fresh, durable contact patch for everyday riding.
Installed new Shimano-compatible brake pads. The brakes now have renewed pad material for dependable stopping control.
Installed the Velotric crankset, bottom bracket, and pedals, then secured and adjusted the assembly. The drivetrain now turns smoothly through the new crank and bottom-bracket components.
I don't normally work on e-bikes, but this was in a crash and was a very fun project!
