The customer purchased this wheel from a discount site. Great wheel, but the spokes started breaking. The alumimum nipples were fused to the spokes, making it impossible to true the wheel. The customer decided to have us rebuild the wheel with new spokes and brass nipples. The rim was in great shape, so he now basically has a new wheel ready for more abuse!
