I spoke to Joel on the phone and he was polite and extremely knowledgeable. Calling this place saved me a lot of time and most likely a lot of heartache watching my daughter struggle learning to ride her bike. They offered advice freely even though it meant I wouldn’t be bringing any business their way because of that advice. But I’ll sure remember them when I do need something because that’s the way business should be done.
